Summary of Accident:
A worker was killed after falling from the 1st floor of a building under construction. The victim was on an open edge when he fell down. He sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital but he died on the way.

 
Contributing Factors :
During the incident, the victim was on an open edge and the absence of a guardrail exposed him to danger.

 
Results of Observation :
Lack of safe work procedures for the task carried out.
