Summary of Accident:
A general electrical worker was killed after falling from the 4th to the 1st floor. During the incident, the victim was carrying out wiring works on the 4th floor and was pulling the connector wire when it became caught. He tried to take a look by leaning against a recently cemented layer of bricks. Part of the bricks collapsed, causing the victim to fall. He was rushed to the hospital but he died several hours later.

 
Contributing Factors :
The victim had exposed himself to danger by leaning against the recently cemented bricks to have a look at the wire that was caught.

 
Results of Observation :
Lack of safe work procedures for workers who work at height.
