Summary of Accident: 
A construction worker was killed after falling from the 10th floor of a building that was under construction. During the incident, the victim was plastering the exterior walls. He fell while he was continuing with his work on the 10th floor.

 
Contributing Factors :  
The victim fell while carrying out exterior plastering works on the 10th floor.

 
Results of Observation : 
Lack of safe work procedures for working at height.
